By accessing or using the services provided by Keyes Racing ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Keyes Racing provides professional motorcycle racing services including but not limited to:

• Suspension service and Ohlins certified maintenance
• Engine builds and rebuilds
• Race bike preparation and chassis builds
• Track side support and rider coaching
• Data installation and analysis

All services are subject to availability and may require advance scheduling. Specific service details, timelines, and pricing will be provided upon consultation.

Service Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary depending on actual conditions discovered during service. We will communicate any significant changes to the estimated cost before proceeding with additional work. Payment terms will be established at the time of service agreement.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your motorcycle and service requirements
• Disclose any known issues or modifications to your motorcycle
• Arrange timely delivery and pickup of your motorcycle
• Make payment according to agreed-upon terms
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your motorcycle

Assumption of Risk

Motorcycle racing and high-performance riding are inherently dangerous activities. By engaging our services for race preparation, track support, or performance modifications, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with these activities. Keyes Racing is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during racing or track events.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keyes Racing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Warranty Disclaimer

While we strive to provide the highest quality services, all services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific requirements or achieve particular performance results. Any warranties on parts or components are subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Keyes Racing or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Governing Law
